These terms apply to your use of this website and your purchases from PawMastery Shop. By placing an order or using the site, you agree to them.
Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to place an order.
Products and pricing
We work to keep descriptions, images and prices accurate. If we find an error, we may correct it or cancel the order and refund you in full. Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted when we send you an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, stock problem or suspected fraud. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor.
Shipping and returns
Delivery times and costs are explained in our shipping policy. Returns and refunds follow our return policy.
Using products safely
Always supervise your dog with new gear, toys and treats. Check the fit of harnesses and collars often, and remove any toy that is damaged. Content on this site is general information. It is not a replacement for advice from a veterinarian or a professional trainer who knows your dog.
Reviews and messages
If you post a review or send us a message, you confirm that it is honest and that you have the right to share it. We may remove reviews that are abusive, off topic or not from a real buyer.
Intellectual property
Text, images, logos and design on this site belong to PawMastery Shop or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
What you may not do
Do not misuse the site, try to break its security, scrape it at scale or use it for anything unlawful.
Limits of liability
The site and products are provided as described, without promises beyond those required by law. To the extent the law allows, PawMastery Shop is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by United States law and the law of the state where PawMastery Shop is registered.
